The focus is on providing a smooth and stress-free event by offering party decoration, catering, full setup, breakdown service and more for an additional cost. So that you don’t have to worry about anything else but enjoying your event.
You can do it all. You can bring in outside food or another caterer. You are responsible for the food being properly prepared and safe for consumption. If you are serving alcohol at your event, a licensed bartender is recommended. This does not apply to the serving only beer and wine. All guests must be of legal age to drink. Any setup or breakdown should be done by the client or vendor during the rental time frame.
Rental rates are dependent on the length of your event. There are no hidden fees or charges such as ceremony or holiday fees. The event is not officially booked until payment is received and contract signed.
The Banquet Room Rental Fee is $125 per hour when you create your own. The Banquet Room Rental is $100 per hour when you choose Full Service.
Add the Outdoors Event Space for $50 per hour with Banquet Room rental.
Refundable security deposit of $250.00 is due at time of reservation with the signed contract. If venue is not cleaned within rental time, a Cleaning Fee of $150 will be deducted from the security deposit.
The Rental Fee Deposit is 50% of the total rental fee and it is required at the signing of contract. The balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to your event date.
CANCELLATION POLICY: • 100% Refund of Security Deposit and Rental Fee if canceled in writing more than 14 days in advance of the scheduled rental date.
